Yesterday, the Consenso Global team, organised into working groups, came together to reflect, discuss and plan for the future. It was three hours of intense, collaborative work with one very clear goal: to identify new ways of adding value to the services we provide to our clients.

- How to optimise current services, making them even more efficient, fast and consistent.
- Which market trends are shaping demand and what clients are looking for today across different sectors and geographies.

The contributions were highly valuable and demonstrated our team’s ability to think strategically and results-driven. From these sessions, several proposals for innovation, optimisation and service expansion emerged, all with the aim of responding better to clients’ needs and market demands.

These ideas will now be organised and turned into action plans for the next 12 weeks. The goal is simple yet ambitious:
